The REACH Regulation involves a fundamental reshaping of the former EC legislative framework for chemical substances. REACH is the acronym for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of CHemicals. The REACH Regulation EC No.1907/2006 has been in force since June 1, 2007 and involves a fundamental reshaping of the former EC legislative framework for chemical substances.

EVOCHEM Advanced Materials GmbH has registered all relevant substances at the European Chemical Agency (ECHA), which mean substances produced within the EU and substances as such or in mixtures imported into the EU.Registration of a certain substance by EVOCHEM Advanced Materials GmbH will result in a revised Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) including the registration of the substance.

If EVOCHEM Advanced Materials products contain substances from the Candidate List (SVHC substances - Substances of very high concern), they will be listed in section   3   of   the   MSDS   as   hazardous   ingredients. These substances need only be listed in the MSDS where the concentration is above 0.1% (wt%).
